The AGM will be held at the offices of CA Sales and Distribution, 2nd Floor, Boardroom, Portion 867, Commerce Park, Gaborone, Botswana, and through electronic communication, on Tuesday, 4 June 2024, at 11h00 SAST.
Shareholders wishing to attend and participate in the AGM via electronic communication, will need to register by 09h00 SAST on Friday, 31 May 2024.
